Well the software company developed the software and web cam which has finger print recognition technology with the software locking up your computer for the time of test so student cannot access his own computer or get on internet while taking test, so the student has to log in for the test with his own finger print, webcam records every move and audio, while computer cannot let you access your own computer for any other purpose but the test.
